the narration and story were both 10/10. It was so cute and fun and had me hooked the entire time! the sound effects were amazing
Wow! This was so fun and just what I needed. It was a lighthearted, poignant and uplifting story. The voice acting was stellar and the sound effects were really good too.
A complex story told solely thru correspondence. Well drawn characters, fully fleshed out who suffer the human condition with dignity, while suffering human frailties, like aging. I especially enjoyed all the book references: What are you reading?”, and the authors who responded to her correspondences. Perfect narration as well. Highly recommend.
I loved this story. Even though the premise is crazy it’s still just 2 people (3? Past and future…?) falling in love. The narrators were perfect too
Overall, it was ok. Very predictable towards the end though. I didn’t care much for the performance of it. The most interesting twist definitely came towards the middle of the book and then it began to get repetitive and predictable after that.
LOVED IT!! I couldn’t stop listening. I was REALLY hoping this was a going to be a whole series it’s so good!! So far…no more audio books.
This felt more like a play, the sound design allows you to really immerse. It was silly, sweet and so interesting. My favorite Cara Bastone audiobook so far.
