Engrossing story telling

I have 2 complaints and they’re relatively minor. When the characters are talking to someone on the phone the other end is much lower than everything else making it difficult to hear. The second is the ending twist/reveal was so obvious I called it before the main character received his deck.

Decent stroy overall. Slower paced than some others of its genre. Would give it a solid 4 stats if the defacto leader of earth didn’t constantly apologize for no reason. It’s like going to the bar and having the bar tender constantly say, “Sorry, I’m new”. Gets old after the first time.

Fantastic. I loved the heroes and hated the bad guys. Great character development and story. The action scenes (there are a lot of them) were well written and easy to follow. By far, it’s one of the best RPG-Lit stories I’ve listened to and would have loved another 10 hours of their adventures.
