I can’t say enough for the narrator Jeff Hays. Just look for the books he narrates and buy those. You’ll enjoy the shitty ones. That said this is a fun series and I want more!

seems like the author thinly veils pedophilia, masochism, and child abuse. not share that the intent was but that is what I got out of this book. awful awful awful! I only gave this book the one-star reviews because I had to in order to get this put into their reviews.

started out as a creepy monster book. then turned into what seems like a child molester and pedophile’s dream. seems to me the author is all about raping what appear to be children in subjugating them and torturing them. again absolutely disgusting!
I can’t wait for the 3rd book in the series could use creaking awesome What are the things I like most about the series is you have a dark character who’s not really a dark character
Jeff Hays is a master of his craft. illiev is has created a fantastically absurd adventure. cheering on the “bad guys” has never been so much fun.
Great book, good narration, the narrator has a good range, the story only gets better, looking forward to the next book.
