Good characters, a blend of sci-fi and fantasy, comedic bits and an expanding greater story.

best book I have listened to in forever!!! Jeff Hays takes some getting used to but he nails it in the end!

Jeff Hayes is pretty amazing. The storyline is addictive. Loved it. Looking forward to book 2.

i needed a break from sci-fi operas and somebody on the Expeditionary Force’s Facebook page sugged this book. Fantastic, love every second of it. love Jeff and his voices, the characters are very likable and the story flows. I highly recommend this series.
