Stereo typed women, military and folks with troubled backgrounds. Few two many and drawn out rape and torture scenes. Why the need to spend a chapter developing the rapist where he repeats how everything is everyone else fault was unneeded it was like bludgeoning the reader over and over that he was a bad guy…

loved this book. so far it is one of the best of the series. (does not match the first book though) high recommendation from me though. cannot wait for the next book
