Easy to get drawn into the story and forget you’re not playing an RPG game or D&D. Very well read by the voice actors and full of structured unique characters that aren’t forgettable or generic.5/5 Will continue to read this series

Loved this story. I’ve been struggling with audio books lately, my attention drifts and I end up missing whole parts. This one held me the whole time. The story moves along at a nice clip and the audio performance was really great. Killed me to see there wasn’t a sequel yet, hope it’s as good.
