The narrator does a great job with voices, and speaks like he is telling a story instead of reading a book.

This book is a lot like dungeons and dragons but on a pcp fever dream. 5/5 would smoke again.

The writing is just awful and sadly Jeff Hays narration couldn’t save it. I wish I could say something positive about it, but I can’t. I would skip this one if I were you.

Jeff is a spectacular narrator, and Matt’s story is funny, sad, gory, and engaging. It’s a good series even if you’re not a litrpg person

Great blend of character, plot, action and comedy. The stories in this series are imaginative and clever and afford a much needed escape from reality.

SBT does a great job, and I love the story line. I think a lot of people can relate to Anthony.

What kind of sad ass incel nonsense is this. Like for real author seems super repressed and resentful. Pacing is trash writing, I mean really! A newly sentient mimic has an internal monologue that uses the word retard? So stupid. DNF. Not even Jeff Hayes’ masterful narration could save this book.

Truly fantastic story, I most loved when writers do their research and accurately report scientific facts and theories lending to the overall realism of the story. This series would definitely make an excellent movie or series.
