Great expansion on the voices of the Mimic in this novel. I enjoyed the first one, but loved this second one.

The story borrows a lot from the manga/anime “So I’m a Spider, So What?”. It doesn’t suffer for that since the original is a good isekai. The story starts out slowly but gets better quickly. The narrator really adds to the story. The pets Anthony picks up along the way and the ant colony itself..

This was a very good story with a Lit RPG with a different take on following a monster. There are several uncomfortably graphic oversexualized scenes the feel rather forced into the story. normally that is the kind of thing that wouldn’t bother me but it just feels SO inserted in there that it really feel..
