This was really well done. Time loops are hard to do right but the author kept it fresh. The narration is first class. A strong start to what I hope is a long series

this book in the ELLC series really focused on world building and paid off. it finally didn’t put as much emphasis on Raunchy Peverded scenes and it really improved the experience for me.it still had a could but atleast the scenes were quick and didn’t linger for 20 min at a time like the other..

Not a fan of the shift in dungeon focus / theme. The whole pokeman thing makes it less absurd dungeon crawl and more fan fic about the absurd dungeon crawl. But the main criticism is that Carl and Donut are a lot less intelligent and more caricatures of themselves rather than the more nuanced characters..
