This was really well done. Time loops are hard to do right but the author kept it fresh. The narration is first class. A strong start to what I hope is a long series

The story is good, solid, with no glaring issues. I wasn’t expecting a really interesting story, based on the fact that all 3 books were packaged together and offered inexpensively. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Both author and audiobook production were very good, with no issues other than that book 3, chapter 82 is messed..
The narration is very strong, and the use of extra actors and sound effects in a sparing way makes them extra effective when they do come in.
best book of the series so far.

this book in the ELLC series really focused on world building and paid off. it finally didn’t put as much emphasis on Raunchy Peverded scenes and it really improved the experience for me.it still had a could but atleast the scenes were quick and didn’t linger for 20 min at a time like the other..

The storytelling is light, even though the topic isn’t. I got definite shades of Dresden in the internal dialogue and sidekick antics. This was a fun ride! Engaging story, action, some good twists…a nice read!

I pretty much loved all of this… It felt like it should be ‘Perfect’… and why not? I experienced a weird dissonance… I somehow wanted it to move faster all while loving each element in the story… I kept wanting more… I didn’t just stop with these 3
Not a fan of the shift in dungeon focus / theme. The whole pokeman thing makes it less absurd dungeon crawl and more fan fic about the absurd dungeon crawl. But the main criticism is that Carl and Donut are a lot less intelligent and more caricatures of themselves rather than the more nuanced characters..
This book was so intense! There was lots of humor and light-heartedness in the beginning, but the story grew more and more dark and intense throughout it. I love watching these characters grow and change. Yet again, the audio was absolutely top tier! This was a long one, so it’s hard to remember all my..
