I really enjoyed this one from beginning to end. The development of the MC, the varied and interesting ways he gets himself and his team in and out of trouble, all really kept me glued. I’ll be eager to get into the next chapters of this as soon as it’s ready on audible!

That was lots of fun, fast paced, very creative worldbuilding. Easy listen on the bye. Occasionally bored me with gameplay technicalities, rules, inventory and levelling up. But overall very enjoyable – will definitely continue.

I’ve been waiting for the next book in this series for a while, but I think it was worth it. Hugo Huesca keeps putting out amazing books, each better than the last. Not only is this book worth every penny, but every minute keeps you glued, wanting more. The pacing was perfect, making it impossible..
The story was really interesting and the characters are all well designed. The narrators really out did themselves in bringing the story to life, which is why I think I enjoyed it so much more. This is now one of my favorite active series. I can’t wait for book #2.
For his first series in writing this series is amazing, Ken Lozito has a special way of world building and catching you wrapped up in his story. Please don’t stop writing good sir
