This book seems fine so far but the narrator is so bad that it’s ruining it for me. The reading feels rushed and there’s awkward emphasis being placed on words that confuse the listener.

Flame haired royalty, beautiful men with long black hair. Ingenious escapes. Set in an alternate old west where men make up about 1/20 of the population, they are cared for and pampered. No one expects a boy of almost marrying age to be able to do anything useful.

This series is pure awesome! It keeps getting better and better, and the new characters that are encountered are all unique and superbly written. A fairly interesting world, but for a fantasy series to be broken into 8 hour chunks it needs to be a lot more compelling than this one as far as I’m concerned. I enjoyed the listen, but not enough to spend another credit to listen to another 8 hour installment.

This author has quite an imagination! For me the concept of the story was just too far fetched. I will not be continuing with the series.

This book has quite literally blown me away! Every moment had me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t put it down! A true masterpiece that kicks the overall plot up to 11!

The first in the series started slow, then picked up and seemed interesting at the end. I therefore got his second book. Disappointing is an understatement. I only listed to the first 2 hours. WAY TOO BORING and the story simply had no interest at all. I regret buying this series, regardless how cheap. 🙁
