Hands down this is the best hook in the series so far! I was literally shaking with excitment in the last few chapters and when it was over I couldn’t help but cheer! Also more audio books should have bloopers like this one. I nearly died laughing!

Bought this when it was on sale without knowing anything about the story, the series, or the author. Listened to the whole book in a day and a half and went right into the second volume. A great story mixing the spiritual aspects of the martial arts in a scifi-fantasy setting.
