Listening to this series really made my work days fly by. A fantastic sequel to the first book.
Well written fantasy book, Narrated by one of my favorite narrators. Between Kohanek’s world and Baldree’s telling of it, the story really comes to life. I highly recommend.

Honestly, I have a real issue with prequils in that I know where they are going to get to. I think this book is fine, I just think I am done with Krout’s prequil books. I just don’t find myself enjoying them very much.

I very much enjoyed the backstory for this character. I feel like Dennis took the world of Dakota and simply leveled it up. I look forward to hearing the rest of the story, kind of makes me wonder what the backstory would be for all of the rest care of the characters.
