After finishing all of Dakota Krout’s other series, this is rather different. The humor that really made me love the Divine Dungeon and Ritualist series is a bit lacking. I understand that having a co-author is bound to change things, but I’m having trouble getting through this trilogy.

I mostly enjoyed the first book, but couldn’t get into this second one. It was too different from the second; it did not appeal. I sort of got the feeling it was going to be more ‘filler’ setting up for book three.

I havnt enjoyed a book that much in a long time. The narrator was absolutely perfect and the book was a blast start to finish. I really really want a book two and hope the author continues the story.

Fantastic read, once you know all the characters it’s amazing to see the interplay and reactions for all the situations that they get into. Can’t wait for the next 2 books to find out how it it all turns out.
