not much happens in this story, but that’s part of its charm. a peasant is picked up by a cultivation school and slowly grows through plodding constant work. There is very little at stake in the story, and the character doesnt really change from start to finish, but his steadfastness changes and challenges the world..

If you read the Cradle Series, you’ll love the surprise character appearance as well as the mindblowing implications this suggests.
the end product was amazing and i will be getting the next book but the explaining of things can get tiring and seem lie it doesn’t belong otherwise a very intriguing and great listen
