The world building for this series is pretty top tier and unique. The modern USA cultivation society that has advanced from a past of xianxia like past is really interesting. In the previous book, we had a good fighter with low resources start to advance and make good gains through underground tournaments, benefactors, and more..
This is a cultivation novel set in an alternate modern USA. What makes it especially interesting is that it acknowledges a past where martial arts cultivation has pretty much always been a thing, as though the world in general had recently advanced from ancient xianxia setting, but that was the case across the whole world…
all three books have been great. this one takes the story in a great direction

This set of books impressed me. The MC starts slow and at some times he makes you hate his choices. The ending was unexpected a little to fast but well done I wanted more but I was satisfied. I would recommend this book for anyone you wants a litrpg series and afresh character.
this series has turned out to be rather excellent. Very well written. not overly Word Smithy. I love how it flows while still setting everything up… can’t wait for the next Audible!!!

I honestly really liked it, the only reason it’s a 4 out of 5 star rating the for story is because I found myself getting a little lost with the different characters. I love the idea and the magical aspect is definitely a cool idea. I would recommend this for anyone looking for a good..

Just be aware, this is backstory. At times it felt like listening to third graders arguing.
The storytelling. great reader and author. I enjoyed this adventure and was easily immersed. Bravo!
