I loved this book. each chapter got better and better. previously my favorite was blackflame, but now that is my second favorite. I can’t wait for book 9.

The writing was all over the place and extremely dry. Pacing and plot nonsensical. 2D characters and abysmal flow.

Really liked this book. I almost feel like book 7 was merely the first 1/4 of this book, a teaser if you will. Perfect length IMHO. The previous books were far too short.

A great continuation of the series that answers many questions and pulls together loose ends

this is a great story that I had a lot of fun with I always enjoyed Evolution stories. the one problem I have with it is I feel that the main character gains his evolutions a little too quickly I’m sure this will change in the second book as he’s already a high-ranking creature but..

I love the whole series and #8 didn’t disappoint. I’m already in countdown for #9

If you are a fan of old school JRPG’s this book series plays out following a similar path of story-telling, fantasy elements, etc. As a fan of such, I greatly enjoyed this series as a break from the COVID world for a light-hearted fantasy jont. Thanks to author and audiobook performer both!

This book is bloody awesome, it has it all some romance,drama,action,action action. we also get to find answers to so many questions and yet there is still more!

Will Wight has always toed the line between pure battle / mechanics and well developed characters perfectly, this book is no exception.

Just finish this amazing book and I’m already itching for more. The story keeps you hooked and the world is one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of reading about. Narrator could not be better. Need more now!
