Am I the only one who noticed it took the main character over a month to walk a hundred miles while it took his wife a day or so to find their other kid at school? Is there a timeline in the story? Very slow listen, and I’m sure the read is just as bad…

I really enjoy this series, but I thought this one ended in an awkward way, as if the author was only halfway through the story, but realized he’d met his contractual word count so he tried to “end” it cliffhanger style. I get that I’ve been spoiled by Sanderson, but I haven’t begrudged the relatively..
