Only thing I can think of is that I’m either not paying enough attention or there are some skips that don’t translate well to audiobooks.

The story the author has made one of the best. I love how he is so ruthless about not letting us forget that this is a losing battle and how everthing seems for not.

The book started out with a lot of promise, but… I’m not a fan of the main character. warning: not as much language as other books in the genre, but still lots and lots of f-bombs

This is a fantastic series and I always end up listening to the books in 1 or 2 sittings and this one was particularly addicting.

5 stars. Something new and fresh. Excellent beginning to what I know will be a worthwhile journey. Keep them coming.

An awesome series but a regrettable trend occurring. All books before Uncrowned were great. Unfortunately, the trend that started from Uncrowned was bad pacing.
