I jumped at the chance to listen to this book, knowing full well that it was book 2 of at least a trilogy/maybe a series, but I figured that if the author knew her stuff I would be able to catch up… and oh-boy-howdy did I catch up! I had a blast listening to all..
This trilogy was not my favorite of Will’s work. But the ending may be some of his best writing. Worth the read. Worth the whole trilogy.

That’s the most critical I can be. It’s a solid series. Maybe not epic but great enough for me to buy every book in the series. My first series with Travis Baldree and I’ve really enjoyed it. There are times I forget it is the voice one talented person.
