Interesting plot but there is too much nonsense statistics and dinging which interrupts the story and really adds nothing. if more time was spent on developing the plot the story would be equivalent to Dune.

I really wish that the story lines had not intersected this completely. I suppose this is okay for one book. And I hope that the author explains some of the earlier history we miss in another story. However, I hope it is in the form of a novella and not a full book. The problems..
