I cant wait to pick up more in the series. In my opinion the title and cover just dont do the book justice. i darn near ignored the book until too many book groups posted postive reviews about it. very glad i gave it a chance.

If one enjoy cultivation novels of the classic kind, this is definitely worth a listen.

This was a good start to what will hopefully be a good story. I found it difficult to follow for a while, but then I picked up and I enjoyed the story. I will purchase book two and see if it continues to be enjoyable.

The performance of this book by Baldree was good but just couldn’t get into the story. It was difficult to follow at times, and not that interesting when I could. It’s not a bad book, but not one that I will purchase the second installment of.

As a legally blind individual I listen to a lot of audible books to get my culture vocabulary and feel like I’m reading. With this series I feel like I’m watching an epic movie franchise!

I’ve read it. I’ve listened to it. Has some mildly interesting bits but overall bores me.

I’m torn as to whether this stacks up to previous books in the series. It was interesting at times but something out it feels flat. Like the stakes of a tournament just can’t match situations of actual life and death

I ate this story up in three days. I couldn’t put it down… and lost plenty of sleep staying up late. More please!

Awesome narration. Many ?lol times. Frank and House are brilliant additions. Hope Author writes✍ fast!

Don’t let the discrimination fool you the series is great very entertaining. Worth the time to listen.
