This series of books has so far been lighthearted literary junk food, which made some of the more immature writing choices forgivable. School arc? Sure, why not? Apologies…
Review from Wintersteel →
It was very generous of WW to put the Cradle books 4-8 on Audible Plus. I would not have pursued this series after book 3 tbh. Neverending progression, always something or someone stronger than you regardless of what level you achieve. it gets to feeling like a stairmaster. It just keeps making more steps! No..
Good start to a hopefully good series!

It was an overall great book but it was a bit slow in the beginning. If you can get past the beginning its smooth sailing from there on. It got a bit confusing with the explanations of essence simply because they were explaining instead of showing it. This is why I suggest reading the Divine..
When are the next 3 coming out?!
