I was captivated the whole time. Love this series! It keeps you on your toes and always wondering. I also love the sporadic comedic relief throughout.

It is a pretty solid story with few flaws. I am enjoying the characters and the world built. I am fidgeting in anticipation for the next chapter. Bravo.
I actually came here after catching up with the webcomic, I just couldn’t wait when I found out there was an audiobook! The performance was awesome and the reader has a lot of skill in being able to adjust his voice with each character. Excellent! On to the next book!!!
A straightforward cultivation story that had enjoyable characters and enough adventure and excitement to make it worthwhile.
Loved this one – laughed repeatedly, loudly, and since I listened to the book out in public while walking the dog or running, probably looked really weird laughing out of nowhere, often. Not quite as good as book 1, but still a decent change of pace. It is YA in nature, but not juvenile. I have the rest of the series and will work my way through them. If I had known that book 2 was moving down the YA path even more, I might not have..

This has it all! Great story, interesting plot, wonderful characters and excellent narration. I can’t wait to dive into the next one.
