Weakest book in the series so far. It was very all over the place. Characters were kind of falling flat and I dont feel like Linden progressed much in his journey. I think I’ll put this series on hold. May pick it up at a later time because it’s easy to listen to on Audible.

I enjoyed the story and performance overall, but I had a few issues that I hope are rectified in the sequel. I am very intrigued to see if the author allows the main character to win even though they cheated to gain early access.
