I hung through all the tedious training but the battle to get the three people through the portal in time was to much for me. The poorly crafted revelations were completely predictable from way back and simply a disappointment.
I’ve read and listened to this series a few times and I enjoyed it. The story line is original and very interesting. The narration is first-rate and it flows well.

The first installment of this series did a great job of keeping entertained. I love the fact that it left of leaving wanting more without an annoying cliff hanger. Travis Baldree was amazing as always.
I have enjoyed all of the “Cradle Series books so far. Two more to go and they all have been good. Travis Baldree has a magical voice that brings the character to life.
like the narrator. interesting story. gripping. reminds me of sword art online. can’t wait for next book.

The story starts of somewhat slow, but pick up. Although the MC is young and somewhat dumb, it is easy to predict the choices he is going to make. The narrator did a great job with the characters. But the overall story did not live up to its full lucram potential.
