I really wanted to like this series but man, literally nothing happened for majority of the book. even though the mc starts off acting like a spoiled jerk, he grows on you through the book. the mc ax dynamic is hilarious and im really looking forward to book 2

First things first. This book is amazing. Everything I’ve wanted in a litrpg. The characters are fun and mostly realistic. The game world is probably the best I’ve read about. The story was super descriptive and character all very interesting and deep. Narrator pronounced very good chinese names. A treat to hear!

Im new to Lit RPG’s but i have to say i thoroughly enjoyed this one.The narrator is probably one of the best i have heard and im about 50 audible books in so i feel i have atleast a base line.Give it a listen, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Found it interesting that the author chose to have Art become a completionist by completing everything he set out todo. I’m very interested to see what happens next in the story.
1st he goes from character to character and then he starts doing flashbacks. Talk about confusing I don’t even know what’s going on. I started skipping the flashbacks. I think I’ll probably skip the rest of the books
