I honestly thought after the first 2 books that this would be different from other books in this genre. Unfortunately, this is the most trite unoriginal writing I have ever had the displeasure of reading. I wish I could get my money back. But a lesson learned that writers in this genre drag out story..
Well done series. Really enjoyed the twist and turns. I think this would do well as a TV series.

Might not be the best book if you’re in a funk because of all the depressed emotions, but you’ll like it if you enjoyed the previous books
Everything is very simplistic, no gray areas at all. The way the feelings are expressed is annoying because they are too exaggerated, kinda like the corniest scenes from Naruto etc. Humor is nearly non-existent, the book takes itself far too seriously.

I really enjoyed this book. I listened to it while working and I am a little upset that there isn’t a second book yet, but I know there has to another one coming. The narrator was on point and the story kept me hooked the entire time. Highly recommend.

no reminder who everyone is or what’s going on so I hope you can remember, other than that, this is simply more of what we got in the first book on all counts from writing to narration, which is exactly what I hoped for 🙂

Will Wight tried way too hard to make this a catchy favorite sci-fi series. It would’ve been had he just stuck to the clan stories, great adventures & moving the unsouled on a journey to self actualization. But this other worldly Gods or world overseers (no idea what it is) complicate the story for no..
