Really enjoyed the story and unique world created in the game. Frank was just amazing and kept me smiling throughout. Story moves along on at a good pace, and had a wonderful balance of setting the “world” stage with plenty of action.

First off, Baldree’s voice for Jase sounds like Casey Casum. It’s a good story, follows a normal Fantasy theme, with some good characters and some nice twists to keep it interesting. I would read another from Kohanek, for sure.

You could feel the author getting more comfortable in the world in this book. Very violent, and parts seem cruel but since the characters, even those tortured, don’t seem to care we probably shouldn’t either.
