not sure I will continue. it seems like the author has started taking the story to seriously. it doesn’t seems like the same dumb fun story it was

I enjoyed the book. It’s a little different than the usual races monsters and dungeons

Can’t believe I am already on book 8! the series is getting better and better. Lots of action and love where everything is heading.

Can’t finish it. Not that it isn’t great, it is, but audible declared it removed from my library a full day ahead of when it was to be so. Thanks Amazon, penny pinch much?

The action is visceral and the characters have depth. The plot is complex and the pacing is still fast. The usual weaknesses of wuxia style writing are avoided. This entire series is awesome.

I totally loved this great character’s, great plot it’s probably the best series I’ve listened to in a year.i highly recommend this to any and all fantasy lovers

They really had to make this series one you had to buy..? I had 2 and a half hours left on this book and they freaking took it away from me. Love the series by the way. Sad I only had a little bit left in this book and the series.

Great story and narration. Audible, not so good. Available thru “plus” membership thru 9/1, except it wasn’t available to listen on 8/31. I can’t finish last part of story unless paid for.
