This was that book that made me marathon the entire series so far. The book is well written and hardly any cliches. The character growth is believable and you can feel how events have led the characters to become who they have. I don’t think I have ever bought this many books in a month.
most of this book could have been shortened to a chapter ,or skipped altogether.

This book is another from will Wright that hasn’t disappointed. I’ve read the first 5 books in a month and have been listening non stop. This book so far has been one of the best in wei shi lindins story.

Well written but a bit boring and confusing. There are a lot of things attempted by the author to create a Brandon Sanderson like magic system that really falls flat. I won’t be continuing the series but I guess I’m happy to have at least read the first one. If no other reason, Travis Baldree..
Happy with the performance of Travis Baldree. Story is very good and characters are very enjoyable. Kinda annoyed with the Sift character from time to time. But the Hamma character is very enjoyable and can’t wait for her as a potential love interest for Ruwen.

There is a lot of mediocre litrpg out there, I tried this one purely because of the length and was pleasantly surprised. The MC isn’t over powered, there’s a bit of backstory to the MC’s player that ties into the story, and it doesn’t bombard you with constant menu and status updates. Travis Baldree knocks..

Wasn’t sure when I picked it up, but the worled and characters are well developed, fun, serious, and most of all, likeable/despicable. The reader also did a great job of putting feeling into the characters and situations without being overly dramatoc or annoying. Great lsten, on to the next one.
