Wight does a good job with progression fantasy. I’m sucked in now and want to jump right into the next one. I’d really like to see this book turned into an animated series because it’s a great fit for the medium.

The performance was great, but the story was hard to get lost in. don’t think I will be continuing the story.

Aptly named. Bloody and seafaring – swordfights galore onboard ships. I didn’t expect the songs to be so…. heart-grabbing. I have wistful feelings now for the lonely ash grove.

What a good time! Toby the inscrutable, the tension with the hot girl, the skeptical cop – endless action and humor. Masterful narration. Travis makes me love his characters. I love the scritching notes, Ben’s surprised voice, the Luchador. Listened twice!

I want to live in forthright’s universe, where love and kindness is the universal underpinning, while there is no shortage of longing, struggle, and thwarting circumstance driving the story. Listening is a healing infusion of goodness and love, carried by Travis Baldree’s perfect voice.
