I love the Rick Cahill series. There’s nothing quite like a tortured man to capture every female’s loyalty; two tortured men are better. This writer is a master of his craft and this story illustrates that so well.

Frank isn’t that bad

Everyone keeps complaining about Frank, but I didn’t find him to be that annoying. Helpful? No, but I think that is the draw of the character. I honestly loved this book, it has a fun class system and the ending was set up perfectly.

the characters in this audio book are great! the narrator does an excellent job dramatizing this! I listened to the entire audio book. some parts were funny. I could keep up with the events even though the narrator jumps back and forth to different time periods.
