Jeff has created something special here. Great characters and engaging storyline. A “just one more chapter” endeavor.

There’s so much more I want to know. I hope there’s a book 2. It ended with too many questions .

went from an intresting story to a generic fantasy war story, nothing really happened, unless you consider battlefield “growth” in slow detail to be intresting. I started skipping parts in the middle as it became grimsterbation.

I only use audible to listen to litrpgs and this is up there with the good ones like he who fights with monsters. Definitely worth a listen! Especially love the lower amount of time spent on Stat pages which is a huge gripe of mine with some litrpgs.

I have the hard copies of the series so far. Mr. Petrie has done an excellent job building a believable story line. Of the books in the series so far book 2 is my favorite with 1 and 3 fighting it out for 2nd place.

I enjoyed the first 2 books, but unless this gets better fast, I’m going to feel letdown.As titled, the 1st installment set the stage nicely but now this 2nd set goes back to He. High with all the requisite childishness. Bullying, incompetent teachers, teen romance, all the while the MC is a 50+ yr old..

With the three aforementioned details, I don’t think I should have to say more.

OMG this book 110% makes up for the cliff hanger ending of Uncrowned!! Lindon and Yerin both become crazy bad ass and discover unique ways to expand their paths. Love, love, LOVE this book!!

More sleep deprivation for me as I just can’t stop listening to these books! Fun developments for the MC.

I really loved the story and characters. The reading performance was incredible. I thought it had a very interesting “magic” system but would of liked to see them really go more in depth here. I really liked how so many things tied into this system. I think I might of liked some more in depth..
