I am loving the bloopers at the end. Oh my god, the bean reference. So good.

The only problem the names can be hard to keep up with, but a great book.

I read this book years ago when first published. I enjoy being able to relax and let someone else read to me. I did not care for the narrators reading of the book. I think this was my failing since I’ve read this story so often and imagined the characters voices for myself.

I liked the story but the bouncing around in the timeline was confusing if not paying complete attention.

First book reminded me of Mushoku Tensai. As a Japanese light novel fan, I am enjoying this series so far.

the first bit of the book is a little slow and the characters take a moment to really find their flow but once they do it’s a fun ride till the end.

Travis is great but the MC…eh not so much. MC is an idiot and that is painfully annoying. I love a good character building so why would you intentionally make foolishness a debuff just so you can write off dumb decisions as okay. That’s just bad character development period. Also no good game did that..
