I’ve been enjoying this story so much because boiled down, it’s the story of a kid who has nothing. so he starts popping every potion he can find, often poisoning himself. Travis Baldree has such range and depth. he brings all of the characters to life. this book has SO much more humor due to to the additional character. writing and voice acting blends together. This is by far one of the best story arches in the genre.

I don’t know which was worse, the grammar school storyline or the narrator. The storyline was just bad, but the narration by Travis Baldree just made it all the worse. Please don’t waste your time with this debacle.
I’ve been listening to a lot of lit RPG recently and this one is one of the best. great narration great story and it hooks you almost immediately. I found the relationship between the main character and his sentient Acts so enjoyable and Travis paltry really brings this world to life with his charismatic narration…

There is a reason this book is in a series. For the people saying that the “cut scenes” don’t make sense, you obviously didn’t pay attention. It becomes very clear why they are there and who is speaking during those. Additionally there is major character development in this series, you just have yo keep reading…

I thought I was going to love this book because of the Cultivation, but didn’t go that way. narration for women was bad. story was okay, but intervention from other worlds so soon was not the best idea in my opinion. I felt like I wasn’t invested in the main character.
