Cradle is a great series, with incredible narration. Black flame is yet another all around 5-star book in my opinion. Will and Travis knock it out of the park every time.

The character balance, pace, plot, and even resolution of this story is beyond gratifying and amazing.

A good story. There is the tell tale formula but the story and execution don’t let you get bogged down with it

This author must be some kind of sadist who enjoys writing the main character as weak and constantly beating him down in every book so far. Only at the end of this book did we observe a slim bit of strength from the MC. Still, I will continue to follow the story.

Already listened to this book twice. It is a little heavy on game mechanics, such as listing stats which is a little unwieldy in audio, but its worth it if you play these types of games. Plot is fantastic and characters are filled in without going overboard. .

this book hit all the right notes. as a gamer and a lover of fantasy fiction it was everything I wanted. not the best I’ve ever read but certainly worth it. The whole trilogy for one credit absolute steal.
