my second run through the series in preparation for the final book and this part still felt underwhelming and incomplete. I understood better this time that the book is focused, centered, and plotted around yerrin than Lindon, specifically overcoming her blood shadow… not that that’s a done deal. anyways, it’s still good but it’s tough..

Good intro to litRPG

Good story overall. Moved along quite quickly, not super exciting but enough to keep me interested. I liked the main characters, did not quite get the motive behind the MC spending millions to buy into the game. The narration was good and I will probably read book2 but wait for a sale.
