The preview does not do this series justice. the story is thoroughly enjoyable and you fell in love with the characters. The narrator is quite possibly my favorite because he’s very good about having individual voices for each character.

The title tells you how I felt about this book! Mercy was robbed! However, otherwise our OP MC is even more overpowered by the end of the book. I’m more intrigued by the changes in Yerin and the blood shadow. Overall, well worth my time and yours.
