Characters are full and easily identified with. The story is fun, exciting and action packed. Travis Baldree is a wizard. He gives the characters richness and emotion. He creates a movie in my mind. Two thumbs way up!!

This has been a great look at a species that is underused/undersold. Having the different evolutionary traits that you can pick from as you lvl up to further make your character unique, is a fantastic touch. Can’t wait to listen to book 2!

The Author of the book should have taken the opportunity to explain what each item they were looking to grow, and or improve in order for the reader to be more invested in the process
I like how different each book is, and how there is such great tension about whether they’re going to make it.
One of the best books I’ve ever listened to! Along with the other in the series, this is such a great Installment. I had to force myself to not finish listening to it asap. Now for the long painful wait of the next book.
