This audio version is of limited use without any PDF accompaniments. The rating scale is difficult to score on paper, impossible when listening. And the appendix is useless in its current form. This book written for a teenage audience… maybe up to mid twenties. I made it 2/3s the way but I can’t finish it. Sorry, because I really wanted to like this book.
