Well written story. I enjoyed listening very much. But since I grew up in the area, the pronunciation of some proper names irritated me.

A binge worthy story that I finished in less than 24 hours. I felt it was Apocalypse Now, Full Metal Jacket meets a happy ending.

I loved hearing all the stories through several different military branches and hearing the author’s journey not only for the rifle but for his family.Amazing.

Filled the time. Couldn’t quit. Now on to the next one. I never got to read the first books in the series.

Though you stumble you shall not fall for the upholds you with his hands. Thank you for the great book.

A rather technical, yet personal, journey through the development of AI from the perspective of the author.

This book seems like it could be good but I’m just not getting into it. Sometimes it seems like it is the writing but I don’t care for the narrator.

This is the story of an extremely privileged young man floating carefree through life with the help of an omnipotent AI. The main character faces almost no real struggle in this story. Even a near-fatal incident is dealt with in about 20 seconds, with no long term consequences. In the end I wound up listening..

Sooooo good. Practical, insightful, helpful, and truthful reflections & actions. Just started book, but already can’t get enough of it!

This book offers an excellent critique of capitalism and the many nuanced problems facing most of us today, definitely worth the listen in my opinion.
