Almost the exact opposite of what it claims to be. This is not history through Chinese eyes, or even an examination of historical memory in China. Characters are just barely sympathetic. Narrator was great w/what he had to work with but don’t waste your time, $, or credit.

Incredibly well thought out and systematic playbook for success! Should be required reading for everyone.

Andrew, thank you for taking the time to get these Super Hero’s stories. My grandfather was in the Big Red One and landed on Omaha Beach. I wish I would have gotten his whole story. This book is one of the best I have “read” listened too!

Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Great stories of WWII veterans. A must read for WWII history buffs.
