This was a dark and emotional story that was well written. There are triggers, so keep that in mind and read the description beforehand, but I felt the author handled them gently. This story is absolutely amazing. It was astray from my normal reading/listening. I tend to gravitate toward rom/com, but I enjoyed this so much. I won the audio version in a giveaway and I’m so glad. The narrator was perfect. I can’t recommend this enough.
