Mental Models are one of the most important areas to study for well-rounded knowledge. This (audio)book does a fantastic job informing the listener of a very large number of mental models. I really enjoyed this audio book. The narrator is excellent and the various parts of Buddhism are explained in a very straight forward way. Thich Nhat Hahn is an excellent writer and extremely knowledgeable. I just finished reading two other books on Buddhism and this is in my opinion one of the best ever written.
