As a person who is starting a mindfulness journey. I really enjoyed this book, as I learned so much about the Buddha and his teachings, and the true meaning of mindfulness. I will incorporated these practices in my everyday life.

Great teachings within the book, but it felt like there were a lot of terms that I didn’t understand. This feels like a book for advanced Buddhists who have prior knowledge and experience with Buddhism. Not taking away the quality within the teachings though, this book is amazing and highly recommend it.
