narrator terrific. content just, meh, too obvious for someone with stem degree. basically a book about math that does not contain any actual math. better books: men of mathematics and elements of mathematics. (not sure if those have audible versions.)

Interesting information and background from a less technical more just entertaining place. I really enjoyed it.

I wished I had found this book in my college years. But I am grateful to have found it now. I love audio books. The narrator is good too!

This is a very solid update on evolutionary psychology and how civilization may survive. The author is one of the pioneers of evolutionary thinking, and he has very sincere thoughts on how humans can live together based upon our pro social orientation.

It was lovely to listen to the audible version of this book that I originally read in hard copy. It’s worth listening more than once and I often do as I walk. It’s a nice clear framework of Buddhist wisdom teachings. Ultimately it’s the practice that matters… having the framework is incredibly useful too though
