I’m not personally Buddhist, but I decided to listen for the sake of understanding it and getting some philosophical insight out of it and I really did. I highly recommend it

It was lovely to listen to the audible version of this book that I originally read in hard copy. It’s worth listening more than once and I often do as I walk. It’s a nice clear framework of Buddhist wisdom teachings. Ultimately it’s the practice that matters… having the framework is incredibly useful too though
