this is a very enjoyable story. the readers did a great job. the jokes were well timed and not groaners. the action was immersive and fast paced. chapter 13 has adult situations I would rate pg-13. there is a moment in chapter 24 that just broke me. again for the kid’s in back, great read!

Great story and performance. I was really surprised at how much I loved it. This isn’t my usual type of book but I was drawn in and could not stop listening. Really brought to attention the invisible wounds that so many carry around. I am looking forward to more books from the author.
