I enjoyed this story with its simple humor and adult language. Will definitely listen to this a few times over.

Not certain how this story will continue but I’d like an answer to that….Phil did a great job narrating.It’s a good quick listen. I did feel like there should be something ‘before’ this story begins. I usually don’t write reviews, but this was my first listen to this author and narrator and while it was a little slow to start, holy crap, it ramped up! The narrator was perfect and the humor on par with Douglas Adams! Loved it

holy crap it was hilarious to hear a scruff voiced narrator tear up laughing, when ending of book had blooper reel of the jokes making it hard for Phil Thorn to read through them. The ending felt like it was cut off, leaving with questions and there isn’t sequel to the book, at least yet.
Alone In The Light is much more than a book or a story…it is a deeply moving, personal experience from which you must recover. I finished reading/listening to Alone in The Light a few months ago. It has taken me quite a while to get to a place where I could write about the book…
This is not as good as the first one, but quite entertaining anyway. Well worth the listen.

read reviews on this story before I purchased it everybody raved about how funny and good it was I found it just okay wasn’t really that funny I may try one more but just to see if it gets better the first book seemed to kind of set the story so I’ll try one more..
