This is 9 books of good quality enjoyment. I do not normally listen to zombie books or even movies and TV shows, so it should say something about the authors writing ability that I have taken the time to listen to every one of these books.

Honestly, book one in this set is pretty mediocre. The humor is tired and the story tends to drag. The author hits his stride by book two and three. Most of the story is setup for Monty Python-eske interludes, which is great if you’re a fan of that kind of silly sarcastic humor.
